Self love ritual - Ho'oponopono

Jun 20, 2024

In the hustle of our daily lives, it's easy to overlook the most essential aspect of our existence: LOVE.

The world we inhabit is the reflection of the love we hold within ourselves. When we lack self-love, we find it challenging to navigate external circumstances with grace and acceptance. We may constantly seek validation and fulfillment from the outside world, believing that only when our surroundings change we can we truly experience happiness.

But what if the key to unlocking a fulfilling life lies and has always been within us? What if, by nurturing self-love, we can elevate our vibrations and manifest a reality filled with joy and abundance?

Today, I would love us to experience the ancient Hawaiian ritual of Ho'oponopono, a powerful practice centered around self-love and forgiveness. At its core lies a simple yet profound mantra: "I love and forgive myself". By repeating the words: "I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you" 108 times to oneself, we affirm our worthiness of love and cleanse our inner being from negativity and self-doubt.

I invite you to embark on a journey inward, where all transformation begins.

Let's take a moment to embrace ourselves fully, to acknowledge our inherent worthiness, and to shower ourselves with the love and compassion we deserve. As we do so, we not only uplift our own spirits but also contribute to the collective consciousness, creating a ripple effect of love and positivity that reverberates throughout the world.

Choose love, for in loving ourselves, we pave the way for a brighter, more harmonious world.
